GymOS is an operating system for gym businesses: members, memberships, attendance, billing, fitness, CRM and communication in one place, for a single location or a group of branches.
One system, not five
Most gyms run on a membership tool, a spreadsheet, a payments app and a personal WhatsApp account, with the member record duplicated across all of them. GymOS keeps one member record and builds memberships, attendance, billing, fitness and communication on top of it.
Isolation enforced where it counts
Every gym on the platform is a separate tenant, and that separation is enforced by database-level row security - not by hiding buttons in the interface. A request that should not see your data does not see it, whatever the client sends.
Roles that match a real gym
Owners, admins, managers, trainers and front-desk staff do not need the same access. Staff who work at one branch can be scoped to that branch. Permissions are checked server-side on every operation.
Honest about what is ready
If a capability depends on an external approval - as WhatsApp automated reminders depend on Meta approving templates for your account - we say so before you sign up. If something is still being built, it is marked coming soon, not sold as shipped.
How it fits together
Organization, branches, people
- Your organization is your gym business. You create it when you sign up, and you own it.
- Branches are your physical locations. One is fine; add more whenever you open them.
- Staff are invited into the organization with a role, and can be scoped to a branch.
- Members belong to your organization, hold memberships, check in, get billed, and can be given access to the member portal.
